Ms. Inverso is experienced in assisting disabled clients through all stages of the disability claims process, including initial benefit claims, appeals, as well as in litigation. She is dedicated to compassionate and zealous advocacy for the disabled, injured and/or disenfranchised.
Ms. Inverso is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Silver & Silver, Ms. Inverso successfully represented hundreds of disabled individuals seeking SSI and SSDI benefits at hearings before the Social Security Administration in over ten states, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
Ms. Inverso graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences Honors Program at Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, where she was awarded the Honorable Albert P. Pettoruto Memorial Award for excellence in the field of Family law. In law school, Ms. Inverso worked with BU’s Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, where she assisted individuals pursuing claims for asylum.
