Mr. Davis received a Juris Doctorate Magna Cum Laude from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude from Dickinson College, where he studied International Relations with a specialization in Sub-Saharan Africa studies and French.
During law school, Mr. Davis worked extensively with Community Legal Services, Philadelphia Legal Assistance, and the AIDS Law Project. While working at those organizations, he helped low-income clients with legal issues in the areas of Disability Law and Consumer Housing Law. He also completed multiple clinical courses, representing claimants in similar areas of law.
Prior to joining Silver & Silver, Mr. Davis worked at Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, where he helped claimant obtain disability, unemployment, and other public benefits.
